Life is short

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a great Christmas! Mine was amazing; I got to spend time with my fiancĂ© who works away most of the time. I was afraid he wouldn’t be able to come home this Christmas.

My daughter, Kyleigh just turned 5 years old and I can’t believe it. It doesn’t seem like it was that long ago I was holding her in my arms for the first time. The more I think about it I think gosh everything had just flown by. I am 26 years old and it doesn’t seem like it was that long ago that I was in High School. Now I am in college, with a family. Here I am realizing exactly how short life is and I hardly have my life started. I guess it’s time for me to add one more to the family. I know lots of people don’t like to be reminded how short life is, but it is reality and we can’t ignore it, we can just make the best of it. So I guess for my New Year’s resolution I am going to spend every moment that I can with my family. I hope you all have a wonderful and safe New Year!

  1. Happy New Year! I love your resolution! Making the most of each moment we have with our loved ones is so important. Time does fly by quick. Before you know it, you'll be a grandmother like me and loving every minute of that too. Good luck to you in the new year!
